Cara Meyer – Associate Principal

I believe in the power of organizational development as a process that not only helps us accomplish our goals more effectively, but also helps us grow as individuals and build thriving communities. I bring these values to my work at Coraggio every day where I serve as an organizational effectiveness and strategic planning consultant. Passionate about making work rewarding for employees at all levels of an organization, I’ve worked in many different sectors and roles over the span of my career, all centered on project management, organizational development and employee engagement. My approach is influenced by many great thinkers, including Frederic Laloux and Reinventing Organizations.

Outside of work, I am often running on trails, caring for my Oregon homestead with my husband, searching for a dog to adopt, or playing a frisbee sport.

A few organizations with which I’ve had the pleasure of working:

  • Salem Public Library

  • WorkSource Oregon

  • Idaho State Historical Society

  • New Jersey Division of Travel and Tourism

  • Los Angeles Tourism

The process of organizational development is important in the creation and support of thriving individuals and communities.
