Have we mentioned how fun our job is?
Of course we love working in all our industry areas, but we definitely get a boost of adrenaline from our work in the Sports & Outdoor space.
It’s no secret that this space is undergoing a tremendous growth—for example, a 2014 AT Kearney study revealed that revenues for yearly sports events are growing steadily from $58 billion in 2009 to nearly $100 billion today. Add in sporting goods, apparel, equipment and health & fitness spending, the industry generates upwards of $700 billion annually. Suffice it to say the Sports & Outdoor industries are both moving at breakneck speed and there is no sign that the pace will slow any time soon.
Over the years, our team has worked with the business operations side of several professional sports franchises and well-known outdoor and sports apparel companies, helping executive leadership and senior management tackle a range of important strategic and operational challenges. We leverage our diverse business and industry experience to help sports and outdoor leaders rethink what it means to compete, innovate new ways to connect with fans and consumers, manage change, improve employee engagement and develop stronger leaders.
“My team has worked with Coraggio for over ten years with great results. Coraggio has been instrumental in helping us with organizational strategy, process improvement, and team dynamics. They have led us through change management and helped make us a stronger team.”
