Sarah is an influential change maker who champions broad stakeholder involvement, clear alignment between values and strategies and a strengths-based approach to develop inclusive and intentional relationships. She is a skillful facilitator and trusted advisor who guides leaders, teams and organizations in the design and execution of organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and change initiatives that advance leadership, capability and culture.

Sarah has a spent the last 14 years developing leaders, programs and strategies in purpose-driven organizations. Prior to joining Coraggio Group, she worked internally with a large healthcare organization on the design, integration, and continuous improvement of system-wide organizational effectiveness and leadership development initiatives. Sarah has worked in close partnership with executive leaders in the areas of employee engagement, team effectiveness, continuous improvement, board and partnership development, succession planning, and organizational culture.

With her early roots in community organizing work, Sarah is attentive to creating inclusive processes, encouraging authentic leadership and communication, and establishing strong collaborative partnerships. She creates client experiences that not only advance organizational strategy, but leverage the process to leave leaders and teams more connected and capable of carrying out the work they care the most about.

Sarah has an MA in Leadership and Organization Development from Saybrook University and a BA in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Social Ecology from Denison University.
