Even the best leaders need a little help now and then—a trusted partner when the stakes are high and the situation is complex. My role as a consultant is to add value by being helpful at the right time—bringing into sharp focus what’s most important and clearing away what’s not. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time and exploring new places with my wife and three daughters. I’m also a diehard Texas Longhorn football fan.
