It’s not enough to simply help clients find solutions. It’s as important to help them expand their thinking and help them imagine new possibilities.

I partner with clients to explore and connect disparate concepts and ideas and then create a path to clarity. My approach emphasizes the important role of innovation and creativity in solving complex strategic and organizational challenges. I also make it a priority to make sure the right questions are being asked, even if those questions aren’t popular or cause a little tension in the room. I’ve found that the right questions reveal the truth of what’s really going on, making it possible to make needed leaps forward.

In my free time, I’m a proud dad of two wonderful girls. I enjoy cooking for and spending quality time friends and family and, admittedly, I have penchant for fast cars (Porsche…there is no substitute). I read just about anything I can get my hands on and I’m a big Portand Timbers fan.
