I believe every moment is a leadership moment. I encourage leaders to use the influence of their role more intentionally and to have the humility to know when they may have missed the mark.
I partner with clients to help clarify their path forward, design the solutions to their specific challenge and then set them in motion. This starts by asking tough questions that can’t always be answered in the moment. They often require reflection and may even cause some creative tension to emerge. My role is to listen carefully and step into the tension by re-grounding them in their values and helping stay focused on the right priorities.
