Susan Kerosky

Principal

For an organization to create meaningful impact, it must first nurture a culture of curiosity—one that allows all team members to see together, understand together and take action together.

A self-proclaimed transformation junkie, I help leaders transform their organizations. I challenge leaders to discover and understand where change needs to occur and why, and then carefully prepare them to take action. I understand that change isn’t always easy—sometimes it can even be a little messy.  I make it a priority to work with clients to ease their way by bringing clarity and focus to every matter.

During my career, I’ve have served as an internal change leader as, well as an external consultant—supporting leaders sort through their most important challenges. There is a balance between art and science in our work and I have learned that listening and understanding can have as much impact as any expertise I can provide.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me off the beaten path, taking long hikes with my family, riding my bike on a quiet country road, kayaking on the Willamette river or gardening in my yard.

A few clients I’ve had the pleasure of working with:

  • Oregon Health Authority
  • Business Oregon
  • MacKay Sposito
  • Washington State Auditor’s Office
  • Perkins Coie
