We’re pleased to introduce Anna Lennartz, our new Operations Coordinator. Anna partners with our consultants to provide project coordination, client relations and office support. Prior to Coraggio, she was an Account Manager with Insight Global, an international staffing company, where she started as a recruiter. Read on to learn more about Anna and why we’re excited for her to be a part of our team.
What were you doing prior to Coraggio?
Prior to Coraggio, I worked in the staffing industry. First as a recruiter then as an account manager at Insight Global, one of the largest staffing companies in the country. I oversaw and grew the accounting, finance and engineering division, where I placed both contract and direct hires for large and small organizations throughout the Portland metro area.
What excites you about working at Coraggio?
Opportunity! Coraggio is in a growth phase and that typically creates a lot of opportunity. I’ve always enjoyed being part of a dynamic and growing organization and Coraggio provides that opportunity for me. As Coraggio’s first Operations Coordinator, I’m not sure how my role will develop, but I’m excited to blaze a new path and help drive ideas to grow the firm and continue doing great work for our clients.

I love to travel. I have been lucky to have the ability to travel internationally multiple times after graduating from college. There is something about traveling the world and not having any expectation of where you will go or who you will meet that allows you to be surprised every day. It’s a very unique experience and I encourage everyone to take advantage of the opportunities that are out there. While I don’t have any international trips currently planned, I do look forward to my upcoming trip to Austin and Nashville, as well as exploring other parts of the United States.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Dance! I grew up dancing in the Portland area and couldn’t imagine my life without this outlet. I typically stick to jazz, contemporary and hip-hop, but this summer I learned a few new Latin styles such as Bachata, Kizomba and Salsa! Beyond dancing, I’m proud to share that this is my first year as a dance team coach for a local high school.
