Meet Aimée Binford, Coraggio’s New Office Coordinator

We’d like to introduce you to our newest Coraggian and Office Coordinator, Aimée Binford. Aimée joins us with a passion for collaboration and experience supporting teams across multiple industries and in a variety of capacities. Welcome Aimée!


What were you doing prior to Coraggio?
I have been an Office Manager for several different industries over the years. Most recently a Property Development and Management company, but before that I have worked in the Advertising and Marketing industry for many years.

What excites you about working at Coraggio?
I was lucky enough to have had Coraggio Group consult with a company I worked for previously so I was familiar with what kind of organization they are, and what their values are. I appreciate that they give everyone a voice and consult organizations about how to be their best by listening and taking the steps necessary.

What are some of the biggest influences on your thinking?
My life experiences and those of the people I have known all my life and meet along the way. 

Share with our readers something that you are personally passionate about.
I am passionate about taking care of our planet and our animal friends. I volunteer frequently to help clean up our city and I have put together an annual River Clean Up that just hit 7 years in July. This year was the BEST because there was hardly any trash to pick up. So many other people are doing the same now, as well as picking up after themselves and others! It’s beautiful and makes me wildly happy.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I like to stay active so I am usually hiking, riding my old beat up 50s cruiser all over town, floating a river, bowling…you name it. I am fortunate to live where I do so I have all kinds of options and great people in my life to do things with. When I’m not out and about, I am probably snugglng with my kitties.

What’s your personal motto?
I have a few, but I find myself saying “Live and learn” almost daily.
