Meet Dacey Wesley, Coraggio’s New Marketing & Proposal Manager

We are pleased to introduce our newest Coraggian, Dacey Wesley. Meet Dacey and learn why we are pleased that she decided to join our team.

What were you doing prior to Coraggio?
I got my start in proposal writing at a government and IT consulting firm! Prior to joining Coraggio, I was a Marketing Coordinator at a large civil engineering firm. In that role, I managed the proposal processes from start to finish, leading project managers in marketing strategy discussions and facilitating long-term marketing growth initiatives through the coordination of a variety of marketing tasks!

What excites you about working at Coraggio?
I am most excited about joining a group of extremely talented and passionate people! I’m also excited about developing and furthering my own skillset as I grow into my role as a Coraggian and explore new ways to help Coraggio achieve business goals while also playing a role in helping our clients!

What are some of the biggest influences on your thinking?
My grandparents were some of the biggest influences on who I am today, both personally and professionally. Growing up, they taught me the importance of treating others the way I want to be treated, instilled the value of working hard, and constantly encouraged my capability of achieving anything I set my mind to!

I’m passionate about expanding my worldview through traveling and discovering new places, people, cultures, and perspectives!

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I can usually be found drinking coffee, thrifting vintage furniture and clothes, exploring a new trail or national park, or planning an adventure with my partner and our two dogs!
