Colin Stoetzel

Associate Principal

An organization’s progress lies at the intersection of knowledge, culture and data. Effectively applying these elements increases agility in changing markets, while at the same time helping to improve employee engagement and drive positive change.

I balance the insight I draw from analytics and business best practices as the basis for my work with organizations. I strive to create a relaxed environment that relieves the pressure that often comes with complex business challenges to encourage open, honest and impactful discussion. My goal with clients is to ease their way by helping them to step back, see the big picture, consider the facts, consider their people, and then make the best decisions for their organization.

When I’m not in the office or helping clients, you’re likely to find me spending time with my dog, snowboarding in the Cascades, or road tripping around the Pacific Northwest.

A few clients I’ve had the pleasure of working with:

  • Travel Oregon
  • Utah Office of Tourism
  • Los Angeles Tourism and Convention Board
  • Business Oregon
  • Energy Trust of Oregon
