Jen Gray-O’Connor

I believe in the transformative power of brave, honest conversations. My work is grounded in inclusive practices that highlight what’s working, what’s not working, and what we can do about it. Constructing opportunities for self-sustaining organizational and personal growth is one of the important ways I help my clients and their organizations thrive. My background in community engagement has taught me the importance of elevating unheard voices to create just and equitable solutions.  In every project, I look for ways I can partner with my clients to strengthen their capacity for change and their appetite for addressing challenges.

At home, I delight in hosting parties in my garden, fostering kittens for the Oregon Humane Society, raising two bright and funny children, caring for my flock of ducks, and reading.
