I bring perspective and objectivity to help leaders identify solutions that ease the way for needed change to take root, and to create a clear path for results. I believe organizations and their cultures are both unique and nuanced. The most enduring organizations—the ones that go on to achieve their full potential—are led by leaders who believe in their people, give them voice on matters of importance and work arm-in-arm to find the best solutions. As a consultant, it’s my role to partner with leaders to help them tackle the unique challenges and distractions that are sure to come their way.
In my spare time, I’m dedicated to helping my community and its people thrive. This shows up through loving and supporting my 10-year old son, celebrating moments with friends, and supporting people during significant life challenges. I also find great joy in solitude and can often be found in Portland’s Japanese Garden, running in the woods, or surfing in the refreshing waters of Oregon’s Pacific coast.
