As Senior Associate Principal, Tehama will leverage her extensive experience in destination management and stewardship to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions to Coraggio's clients. With a background in spearheading successful destination development initiatives and fostering collaborations across the travel and tourism sector, Tehama brings a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the industry's complex dynamics. Previously, she served as the Executive Director of the Willamette Valley Visitors Association (WVVA), a Regional DMO where she spearheaded work in regenerative travel and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.

After graduating from law school, Dawnielle embarked on a journey as an entrepreneur, owning a chain of small businesses and a nonprofit organization focused on at-risk youth and the elderly. However, her true passion for tourism and sustainable initiatives led her to transition into the travel industry. She played a pivotal role in the formation of Discover Klamath, a Destination Management Organization in Southern Oregon, where she served as an active Board Member and Tribal Liaison.

In addition to her extensive experience, Dawnielle holds certifications as a Certified Diversity Tourism Professional (CDTP) and is a graduate of the Oregon Tourism Leadership Academy (OTLA) program. She is also a recipient of the Woman of the Year award from NTA (National Tour Association) and a graduate of the Transformative Design course through the Transformational Travel Council. Actively engaged in sustainability efforts, Dawnielle serves as a Climate Champion for the Willamette Valley within the Expedia Sustainable Destination DMO program. Furthermore, she led WVVA's involvement in the Wayfinder program in coordination with Coraggio and Miles Partnership.
