Sara Meaney – Managing Partner

Strategy is both the hardest and easiest work of leadership. Once the vision is clear to all and priorities are defined, implementation becomes a lot more rewarding and the path to success comes into focus for everyone.

I have over 25 years of experience helping organizations build and adjust strategy for greater impact and opportunity, most recently serving as Secretary of Tourism for the State of Wisconsin. I’ve had the privilege of leading organizations and clients through transformative change, unprecedented challenges, and meaningful cultural realignment across a wide variety of sectors, spanning publicly held multinational enterprises, privately held and boutique organizations, local, state and international government entities, nonprofit cultural and philanthropic organizations, and entrepreneurship. My strategic perspective is informed by my diverse industry experience including travel & tourism, film & entertainment, active lifestyle & outdoor recreation, consumer packaged goods, professional services, healthcare and higher education.

I’m passionate about travel, music, art, food and the outdoors and love exploring these interests with my husband and our four kids. When I’m not planning our next adventure, I volunteer my spare time as a board member with several arts and cultural nonprofits in my hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

A few organizations I’ve had the pleasure of working with:
