Every organization has the potential for excellence. Meaningful breakthroughs only happen when the leadership of an organization is willing to hear the truth and has the courage to take action.

GSTC Trained Professional

We started the firm in 2005 with a dual purpose in mind: First, we wanted to help leaders and their organizations do great things. Second, we wanted to create a place where talented, fun, high-energy people were able to do their best and brightest work. Nearly 15 years later, these continue to be key in what makes us tick.

Often, I’m asked why we named the firm Coraggio. It was an easy decision when we came across the word and then understood its meaning. Coraggio is the Italian word for courage. And the work we do for clients takes a lot of it. For each of us, Coraggio means having the courage to tell our clients the truth, even if the truth is hard for them to hear. It means having the courage to create some necessary discomfort in order for them to better understand the nature of their challenge and what it will take to address it and move forward.

I help leaders and their organizations get clear, get focused and get moving on their most important organizational challenges and opportunities. I do this so that they can go on to do the great things they were meant to do.

A few clients with which I’ve had the pleasure of working:

  • Arizona Office of Tourism

  • Visit California

  • Kentucky Department of Tourism

  • Santa Monica Travel & Tourism

  • Brand USA

  • US Travel Association

  • Nautilus

  • Oregon Health & Science University
