Executive Leader Dawnielle Tehama Joins Coraggio Group
With a proven track record of delivering exceptional, outcome-oriented content in community-centric roles, Tehama brings extensive expertise in Destination Stewardship, Economic Growth and Development, Cross-cultural Competence and Community Relations to Coraggio.

Tehama’s impressive background includes serving as the executive director of the Willamette Valley Visitors Association, where she successfully represented and managed all aspects of the region’s travel and tourism industry. Tehama also serves as a member of the Global Stewardship Innovation Lab for the Wayfinder, a destination management framework, joined by a curated group of subject matter experts from across the global travel and tourism industry.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Tehama is an enrolled member of the Klamath Tribe and actively involved in various leadership roles and community service. She has had the honor of working for several Tribal communities, including the Hopi, Hualapai, Siletz, Grand Ronde, and others. She has demonstrated a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the industry and has been recognized for her efforts in fostering positive change.
Dawnielle will play a key role in driving our diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting work for Coraggio clients, as well as providing strategic guidance in organizational development, operational leadership and community engagement. Her expertise and leadership will further strengthen Coraggio’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and will further the ability to deliver exceptional strategic insight to our clients.
Tehama is a Certified Diversity Travel Professional, holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of WA and has received certifications in Diversity Travel and Tourism Leadership.
