What does NARI stand for? +
The Navigate AI Readiness Instrument. “Navigate AI” is Coraggio's AI strategy service offering. NARI includes the assessment, index, report, and 90-minute assessment consultation that anchor the deliverable.
Who participates in NARI? +
The whole organization. NARI is designed to capture behaviors, attitudes, and perspectives across your team, not only leadership's view. That's what separates a real read from a hopeful one. Individual responses stay anonymous. While each individual receives a custom AI Profile summary and overview based on their own survey responses, only aggregate findings are compiled in the Index report.
What do we actually get? +
An AI Readiness Index (0–100) with a maturity tier, a detailed report across the three readiness dimensions, your team-profile mix, and a 90-minute consultation on findings and recommendations.
How long does it take? +
The survey itself takes about 10–15 minutes per participant. From kickoff to your consultation is typically a few weeks, depending on your scheduling availability.
Is it a one-time score? +
While the NARI itself is a composite score of your organization's AI Readiness at the time of that assessment and can serve as a standalone diagnostic, it is designed to be part of an ongoing cycle. The initial NARI establishes a baseline, you then determine your actions and priorities, and re-assess after six months to see what momentum and movement has occurred. Readiness and continuous improvement is a practice you return to, not a number that you file away.
