ASAE 2026 NARI Sweepstakes official rules.

These Official Rules govern the ASAE 2026 NARI Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By entering, you accept these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Sponsor

2. No affiliation with ASAE

   This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) or the ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition. ASAE is not a party to these rules and has no responsibility or liability in connection with the Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

   Open to individuals who, at the time of entry:

   • Are 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia;
   • Are registered attendees of the 2026 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition; and
   • Are employed by, or serve on the board of, an association or nonprofit organization and are authorized to accept professional services on that organization's behalf.

   Employees, contractors, officers and directors of the Sponsor and of Miles Partnership LLLP, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for confirming that their organization's own gift, ethics and procurement policies permit acceptance of the prize.

4. Entry period

   The Sweepstakes opens at 12:00:00am ET on August 15, 2026 and closes at 11:59:59pm ET on August 18, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

5. How to enter

   Complete the entry form at coraggiogroup.com/asae with the required information during the Entry Period. Entry is free.

   Limit one entry per organization, regardless of how many individuals from that organization submit a form. If multiple entries are received from one organization, the first eligible entry received will be the entry of record and later entries will be void. Incomplete, illegible, inaccurate or automated entries are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. Prize

   One (1) prize will be awarded: one NARI (Navigate AI Readiness Instrument) engagement for the winner's organization, consisting of the organization-wide NARI assessment, the scored AI Readiness Index and report, and a 90-minute findings consultation with a Coraggio strategist.

   Approximate retail value: $5,000 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $5,000 USD.

   The prize is awarded “as is,” is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All costs not expressly stated as included — including travel and any staff time required to participate — are the responsibility of the winner's organization.

7. Odds

   Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Winner selection and notification

   One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about [AUG 20], 2026, conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final.

   The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry. The potential winner must respond and confirm eligibility and acceptance within ten (10) business days of first notification attempt. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

9. Prize conditions

   The winning organization must schedule and begin the NARI assessment by [MARCH 31], 2027, or the prize is forfeited with no substitution. The assessment requires participation from staff across the organization; the winner is responsible for coordinating that participation. Sponsor's standard confidentiality practices apply: individual survey responses remain anonymous and only aggregate findings are reported.

10. Taxes

    All federal, state and local taxes on the prize, and any reporting obligations, are the sole responsibility of the winner and the winner's organization. The Sponsor may require the winner to complete an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded and will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

11. Publicity

    Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, organization name and state for promotional purposes without further compensation. The Sponsor will seek the winner's written approval before publishing any case study, quotation or assessment findings.

12. Privacy

    Information collected at entry is used to administer the Sweepstakes and, where the entrant has consented, to send communications from the Sponsor. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

13. Release and limitation of liability

    By entering, entrants release the Sponsor, Miles Partnership LLLP, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for technical failures of any kind.

    The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has tampered with the entry process, and to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity, in which case a winner may be selected at random from eligible entries received prior to the impairing event.

14. Governing law

    These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado.

15. Winner's name

    For the name of the winner, send a written request to the Sponsor at the address in Section 1 within [SEPT 30], 2026.
